Originally I’m from Russia, but have spent many years living in Norway. I live on a small farm with my son, husband and cat. Small, but united family.
Many years ago I saw Murano glass in Italy and fall in love with it. Four years ago I read a book about lamp work and tried it.
I have done lamp working during the last 3 years and I enjoy every moment I have spent with glass and torch. Glass is an amazing thing, it's full of surprises!
I use soft and hard glass-BORO. My real love is BORO, maybe, because my favorite style in jewelry is the organic style and BORO gives you endless possibilities to express the beauty of nature. Sea and sand, sun and moon, colours of jungle or flowers, sparkle of precious stones - everything you can find in BORO lamp work beads.
I made handmade jewelry too, using natural stones and lamp work beads. But, not so much now, most of my time taken by making jewelry with glass. :) Here is my blog:
